SUPER BOOST FOR NORTH TOOWOOMBA

An expansion of the popular Toowoomba-owned family retail business Super Rooster will spearhead a new food precinct development in North Toowoomba.

The retail complex on the New England Highway at North Toowoomba is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Mark Wynhoven and John Smith.

Mr Wynhoven said the new complex was part of some massive changes for North Toowoomba, with a supermarket, medical centre and major café retailers earmarked for the area.

“There have already been two tenancies leased in the complex with Super Rooster to open their third fast food outlet in Toowoomba at this North Toowoomba property,” he said.

“Zarraffas Coffee has also secured space and there are opportunities for two more food retailers to join these other two successful brands at the front of the building, which has terrific exposure to the New England Highway.”
