Craig joined the team in the capacity of Commercial Sales & Leasing in July 2007. Career background includes roles in customer sales and service industries including Commercial Property Management.

Craig has negotiated a large number of leases for local and national tenants in the local commercial, retail and industrial sectors. This versatility ranges from small office to large custom built industrial sites.

In addition, Craig has initiated and settled many types of sales within the Toowoomba market place ranging from vacant land on behalf of developers and buildings on behalf of end-users and investors. Craig has also provided sales and leasing results for receivers and managers KordaMentha.

Testament to these achievements is reflected through induction as an Alan White Premier member for 2009, 2010 and 2011.

Through teaming up with long term member and father Gordon Bradley, Craig has been able to learn and benefit from over two decades of first hand industry experience to further enhance his capacity as a successful Commercial Real Estate Salesperson. Craig was raised in Toowoomba and resides in Preston on the southern side of Toowoomba with his wife and three children.
